Lisa Paul – Associate Acutonics® Practitioner
Hi, I’m Lisa.
I’m so excited to now be an Associate Acutonics® Practitioner, having completed my first level of
training in this incredible modality that I absolutely love.
My foundations are deeply rooted in both health and healing. I bring together extensive medical
and complementary training, which I believe offers the best of both worlds for my clients. I have
been a Registered Nurse and Midwife for over 25 years, and for the past eight years, I’ve worked
as a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse and Registered Clinical Counsellor/Psychotherapist in
private practice.
Throughout my career, my focus has been on supporting women through the many stages of
their lives—particularly those experiencing perinatal and reproductive challenges, depression,
anxiety, grief, loss, and trauma, including birth trauma. More recently, my work has expanded to
include supporting women through Victim Services.
Because my counselling work can be quite intense at times, I began exploring complementary
modalities that could support deeper emotional release—especially when things feel “stuck.”
With a background in Homeopathy, Nutrition, Flower Essences, and Energetic Healing, I felt
drawn to expand this side of my practice and bring everything together in a more integrated way.
When I discovered Acutonics®, something just clicked. The combination of Chinese Medicine,
Psychology, Cosmology, and Sound Healing resonated deeply with my own philosophy of
working with the whole person—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It was exactly what
I’d been looking for.
Since beginning my Acutonics® journey, I’ve had the privilege of offering this treatment to many
clients. I’ve witnessed profound shifts—moments where therapy feels stuck, and sound
frequencies help open something new. Sometimes the change is subtle, sometimes it’s
tangible, but it’s always deeply personal and positive.
Acutonics® can be experienced simply to relax the body, mind, and soul—or as a focused
treatment, depending on what you need on the day.I’m deeply grateful to have found this modality. I truly love this work, and I believe Acutonics® has the power to move and shift you too.
