We stand behind our products. If there is a problem with any product you have ordered from us please contact us. Upon receipt of your order if there is a problem with the order phone immediantly , or email eeka@australiaacutonics.com 1. Please make certain you have received all items shown on your packing list. 2. Check box/packaging for signs of damage. You have the right to refuse any shipment in the event of damage at time of delivery. We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you find the need to return any item for exchange or refund, *we ask that you follow the steps below. Step 1 Call us with your invoice number for a return approval number. Step 2 Return product in its original package. Step 3 Please provide us with the information below on items being returned. Quantity Item Number Description Reason for Return Step 4 Place this information in the box with the merchandise being returned. *Please review our return policy carefully. You may return your unused purchase within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if we’ve made a mistake in your order we will be responsible for return shipping. Products that have been used or opened are non-refundable. Do not return anything without first obtaining return approval (Step 1).

How long we retain your data
